Hi David

Ok I suggested a reboot but he is not seeing them still. I
have not used one before so it is new to me.

I have not seriously used my Nexus 7 for a while now but
when I did I noticed this annoying feature of the Nexus not
recognising files copied across to it. I found that forcing
a refresh by restarting the Nexus caused these files to
become visible to Nexus applications.

If this is the problem I am surprised that this has not been
fixed. There may be away to refresh the view of files on the
Nexus apart from reboot but no one suggested a way to to
me when I reported this problem last year.

Hi

I wanted to try and help my landlords, their internet is
not
working. I connected his nexus 7 to my laptop in order to
copy some epub books across for him to read. I have not
used
a nexus 7 before. I opened the nexus in my computer, then
internal memory, books and put the epub books there. The
only problem is, he is unable to see the books, what am I
doing wrong? Do the books need to be in a particular
format?
Having no internet makes it tricky. Normally he would use
google play books. Is there a way to find the books on his
nexus that neither he or I know about?
