I' not using the latest version and can't comment about jaws as I am a window-eyes user. ----- Original Message ----- From: Peter To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, February 12, 2009 10:20 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: windows 7 and windows mail Have you tried using the latest version v9. It's not that accessible at all without lots of messing around as the JAWS shortcut keys don't work and it doesn't automatically read messages. I have been using it now for ages. ----- Original Message ----- From: Peter To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, February 11, 2009 10:06 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: windows 7 and windows mail I think you'll have a problem as I found that once Windows Live Mail is installed, it wont let you install an earlier version of messenger as it says something about a newer version of windows live being installed. I then tried installing my old version of messenger first, but found that it automatically installed the newer version of messenger over it when I installed Windows Live Mail. Might have been something I was doing wrong so give it a go. Will be happy to hear your results if it works. I can't find it. I've installed the windows live package, without msn, as I believe the latest version of msn isn't very accessible, so I'll get a separate download for that. Thanks. Terry
