cool as there is yet a little update and I understand if you download
the very latest tool you should not need to do the updates it gets the
latest version. for some reason if you keep an older version of the
media creation tool it only downloads that version of windows! I don't
know why they didn't have it just check get the latest version but no
you need the latest tool.
