Hi Steve, I to installed it on both of my laptops.
The fist time I ran the software, it asked me if I wish to update to window
eyes 9.3.
Can we update with the free version?, Billy

Try it again. The server is so busy with everyone doing the same as you
that your download probably got corrupted.
I just installed it on two machines without problem.
