[access-uk] window eyes

Hi folks, I'm trying a demo of window eyes. please can someone tell me exactly
how to stop it starting at startup?
And then is there a key command to start it if know other screen reader is
running?
also I'd love to know some basic getting started key strokes and how to use
it's mouse keys and reading keys and stuff.
Also what's it like with Skipe? Not the latest one as I know 4 has probs, I've
still got the one before that one.
