Hi, Be careful, you will need to ensure that you get the right RAM for the mobo and also that you get a supported hard drive (some older motherboards had size limits on the hard drives they supported). Ram probably go up to 128mb, 256mb maximum. HDD 20 gb is probably fine. However I really don't think it is worth doing.
