[access-uk] which version of Nokia Pc Suite?

Hi all
In my process of migrating to an IPhone, I need to download some files from
my old Nokia N 73.
On their site, there are two versions of the program for this phone:
Nokia_Ovi_Suite_webinstaller_ALL.exe
And
Nokia_PC_Suite_eng_web.exe
Which should I use as a clean install for the above purpose?
BTW: is their an easy way to transfer existing contact information from the
Nokia to Apple phone?
