Hi, Windows Mail is a rebranded version of Outlook Express for Vista. No
you can't install Outlook Express under Vista. Yes there are problems
with it, but the first service pack, due to be released soon, should fix
this and many other problems that Vista users are experiencing.
Personally I love Vista better than XP, and am having few problems, but
that's because with me whatever problems I come across I just learn to
live with it. Hope that helps.
