Hello John,

Basically the boom box is a device about the size of a box of after-eights, and 
you play MP3's on it either through headphones or the two small speakers, one 
at each end. The boom box has no internal storage. You play the files stored on 
a USB stick by plugging it into the boom box. The only controls are on/off, 
volume, which is a prominent round dial, and skip forward or rewind. It's 
battery operated. You charge it through a second USB port, connected to a 
computer or a USB mains lead. There are two types of boombox--one with an FM 
radio built in, the other without.
