If you're looking for a weather program for your computer, try Weather Aloud
from
http://www.nextup.com
It's 100 per cent accessible and you can configure it to update the weather
as often as 15 minutes. I have it reading the weather conditions once an
hour. There's no external hardware as the weather information is collected
from weatherunderground.com. Not sure of the price nowadays as I've had it
for quite a while. Probably about twenty US dollars.
