Not really. The only other one I can really think of that may trip people
up is radio buttons. But these are self explanatory, just buttons that make
a single selection, a bit like old radio presets.
Checkboxes are usually called by sighted people, tick boxes.
But that's about all I can think of.

No, never. In fact, it was quite some time before I realised that drop down
menus and combo boxes were the same thing. Are there any other instances we
should be aware of, where the screenreader calls a feature by a name that
most people don't use in everyday language? Perhaps if there are, we should
all be made aware of them.
