The funny thing is that I had thought when I first bought the 9500 it was a
dead cert that it ran wavefinder. I must have misunderstood, but perhaps
there's another GP program that will work.

I wonder if you can run the tom tom on the 9500 I know a blind piano tuner is using this program on his nokia but not sure if it would run on your 9500.
