I have always had Hotpoint machines as they could arrange for brailled panels
but I am told that this service is no longer available.

Subject: [access-uk] Re: washing machine
I have just had to replace my Miele washing machine that I had for 20 years. I
managed to purchase another Miele machine and it is the WMB120. It has a dial
which you can count the clicks to get to the programme you want. There are
risen up buttons if you want to change the spin speed or the temperature of a
certain programme but there is a touch pad and I have had to have my daughter
stick little arrows just underneath where I have to touch and a another little
mark for the ok button which is in the middle of the 2 arrows. If you didn’t
want to change the spin speed etc you wouldn’t need the touch pad.
I have also heard that Bosch have a few very accessible machines with a clicky
dial and buttons.
I have also heard that Bosch will replace the panel on the front so that it has
braille on.
If you go for Miele don’t buy it from their company. I got the same machine on
ao.com for £140 less.
Good luck in your search.
