Thanks Billy. I wasn't aware we could get a firmware update via visuaide
themselves. something to think about for any future firmware updates. Handy
that the disk is multi- firmware too.

Justin, there is a multi firmware upgrade disk. The upgrade will upgrade any
Victor. Just ask for the new firmware upgrade from the website. They are very
helpful, I emailed the company, and they posted a copy to my home address.

Hi everyone,
To those that use the victor reader classic for audio books. I'm trying to
locate the updated firmware version. However, one problem. I'm using the
original model, the one with the knobs as opposed to the dual bottons. I've no
idea the actual model number of this type of VRC 100VC 101VC or 102VC.
However, it's an old model i can tell you.
My current firmware version is 2.2.4. Does the new firmware version apply
to this old model? I know the new firmware version is 2.3.56.
any advice would be great.
