Well Brian, maybe in this case I'd get on to them directly ring them and
let them know. I'm sure they'll sort this out. 
I guess it's to late for you to return the book if you're not happy with
it? And also they should know that this problem exists.

Hi, some time ago, i downloaded a book called, the kirilov star by 
mary nichols. i have to tell you, that the second part of this book, 
has the following faults. in part two, two long pieces are repeated, 
and a part is missing. i was listening to a download i made some time 
ago, so i did the obvious thing. i downloaded part two again, but it 
had the same faults. i am not sure how one reports this sort of 
problem. if anyone has any ideas, let me know brian.
