I would call audible Customer Services. They are usually helpful.

Hi, some time ago, i downloaded a book called, the kirilov star by mary
nichols. i have to tell you, that the second part of this book, has the
following faults. in part two, two long pieces are repeated, and a part is
missing. i was listening to a download i made some time ago, so i did the
obvious thing. i downloaded part two again, but it had the same faults. i am
not sure how one reports this sort of problem. if anyone has any ideas, let
me know brian.
