OK thanks is this unit a desktop type of device or a little CD sort of device? sorry for all the questions.

Andy,

There is the picture strutters which Mike has. It's really quite portable to
move around the house, though of course isn't as small as the stream! It
does have a very good sound quality though, and we are impressed with it for
general listening. I would think it may well be adequate for some with
hearing difficulties.
