Mine just stopped mid-sentence, literally, and corrupted the memory card
permanently. I put it down to one of those things, but perhaps there is
something in the Stream that causes a major failure. It is a pity as I love
this piece of kit.
Kind Regards,
Jackie Brown

Hello,
I heard this on the stream list, it happened to quite a few people,
actually. Whether they fix it, well, just have a look at the apex. I
personally doubt it, but I would hope so.

Do Humanware acknowledge this bug and do you know anything about their
intentions to remedy the situation?
Kind regards,
Paul

Hello,
The new stream has a bug, where the whole memory just disappears for
no apparent reasons. Sounds like yours has.

Try making sure the battery is sitting properly. On the two
occasions I have dropped my Stream it appeared to die but it turned
out that the battery had shifted.
Does your Stream work when connected to the mains?

Can anyone on list please help ?
My stream only 3 months old has suddenly died on me.
The battery is fine as I tried it in my husbands .
I have tried it on power with both our chargers and nothing at all
not even the charging light comes on.
Any suggestions please as I will soon get withdrawal symptons.
Hazel
