Hi John,
With for example, the Esys Braille displays, I just leave Bluetooth turned
on. As soon as I then turn the Braille device on, it connects to the phone,
no input from me.
When I lock the phone, it disconnects, no input from me.
When I unlock it reconnects, no input from me.
Get my drift? It's not so hard to use a Bluetooth braille display with iOS
or Android nowadays. Heck you don't even have to take the phone out of your
pocket.
All the best

hi steve just got back from tuning in a bar in leeds it's manic where do all
the people come from. had to stand on on the train but at least i got sat
down on the bus i tried to use the moovit app but put it on too late so
blind square told me where i was. so, some questions does this device have a
dedicated bluetooth button like on the sense as paul says it's so fast to
switch on and then just use it. how easy is it to connect it to your router
also can you install say nvda on it. i must be a real trat to have windows 7
on it because as we have all said the web experience on the braille devices
is getting so out of date now to be able to use something just off the cuff
so to speak would be brill i will put some money on she! wed to win so i can
buy one of these things it's just the damn price for me is too high but if i
could afford it i would love one of them. must win more chess games tune
more pianos and what else

Hi John
I have just tried that and it still doesn't work for me either. I
normallyask
about it, though I expect to be told "that's strange, it works

we haven't had any issues from other users."

Hi John
I have found that I cannot connect my Mini to the PC so that it
contentup as an external drive either. So what I do when copying any
that
between the two is use a pen or SD card, then copy the info from
pen or SD card to the internal memory of the Mini. I don't know why
this is the case, and it is a rather long way round for a shortcut.
But if you mean being able to use it as a display, I have never used
it as I have a display on my PC already.
Hope this makes sense!
Kind Regards,
Jackie Brown
