Hi Alan

You go to:
www.yousendit.com
. Once the page is open, if you're using Jaws, press 'f' to get to the first
field that is Recipient's Email Address. If you're not using jaws, just use
'find' or just keep tabbign until you get to this field.
Type the email address of the person you want to send the file to.
If you know the exact location on your computer where the file is, such as
c:\\my documents\file, then write this in the next field. If not, tab to
the next field that is 'browse and hit enter. This will take you to a tree
similar to Windows explorer.
Find the file you want and hit enter.
You can opt not to put your own email address and a message in the next two
fields.
Finally, you hit enter on the 'send it' button. The person you are sending
to will shortly receive an email with a link to your file.

Incidentally, your AVG seems to be out of date.

Regards

Barry H
