Hi.
That sounds even worse than the topup mechanism three provide. You can buy
your topups online or in a store in the form of vouchers, or indeed any post
office, supermarket etc that offers three topups. Then after adding your
credit or activating your topup, you convert it in to a download allowance.
The whole thing is done online through the my three control panel on the
three website, totally accessible and very easy. Now if only three could
make their software on their dongles usable with screen readers *smile*.

following the usb vodafone mobile stick thread to-day I went in to
vodafone hear in Leeds and managed to sort out how to top up my vodafone
mobile stick.
the only way is to purchase £15 vouchers.
you then update it with the software on my laptop.
it is not possible to do this online or to have a swipe card.
