It is hard to see the point of USB cassette decks, unless you don't
have a cassette deck already.  All that's being done is the DAC is in
the cassette deck, rather than being hosted by your PC.

Suppose the cassette deck could be cued from the PC for dubbing
though, but that's hardly worth going for if you've already got a deck
you can hook up in the conventional way.

But it's so easy to hook a cassette player into a PC I could see no
justification in spending that amount on something I've been doing
without
for several years.
