Whilst I agree that the apex upgrade doesn't contain very much, I would hardly
right in that vein, since it's Dennis well for a long time!

I didn't have any problem downloading or installing the upgrade.

It was a bugger to download, HW didn't even get that right and the upgrade has
little to offer in terms of innovation, no excel viewer, no youtube viewer, no
video access, no twitter - talk about poor imagination. How do they expect to
continue to be in the marketplace when they undervalue their apex users.
Waited over twelve months and little to show for it and yet the company in
canada are full of self-congratulation. They need to erke up and smell the
coffee!
