Hi John. Well, its relatively simple. On my particular handset drawing on the screen didn't work, so it was a simple case of popping in to settings, accessibility and ticking to enable accessibility and talkback. obviously sighted help is required but after this it should all be plain sailing.

I have used both samsung and HTC and much prefer samsung. HTC handsets can sometimes be locked down, making it harder to get root access to modify them. Samsung handsets are a joy to work with, and you can easily install other roms/remove software. I haven't used any sony handsets so am unsure what their policy is, but they probably take the same approach as HTC in terms of security. Manufacturers generally don't like you modifying their images, which makes me all the more determined to make my devices and the devices i supply as accessible as possible.all the best, Mo. I am looking for a second phone to my iphone and I am not sure what to go for. if you go for a tablet how can you have gps you cannot so I will go for a phone.
