Hi Steve,

Keep them coming on list because I am very interested, hoping that Mike will have one soon. (I'm dying for a play ...)

Hi,

Yes that is right. But if you come out to Android, you then get the QWERTY keyboard, so best of both worlds.

All the best

but is it right that it doesn't have the qwerty keyboard as in the nokia e71
but just the old style 9 keys key pad like the nokia n70?

thanks, Husna

Hi,

Kind of. The main diference is that Telorion lets you get into the
mainstream as well when you are ready.

All the best

All this discussion has made me think: is this product rather like a phone
version of the old Braille PDAs like the Braille notes and the PacMate? The
interface and programs that they provide seem very similar…

hi there jackie yes i agree but, even though slightly out of date the s 3
is
still very very fast and to be truly honeist far ahead of the braille
devices out there with regards to accessing certain websites etc. i really
can see where you're coming from with the knfb reader but again i am sure
tellorion will be available on the newer phones i am just trying to work
out
how to delete emils from the server must ask steve if this can be done. it
would be very very nice to hear from someone working for tellorion who
could
come on this list with info about the future but, of course they have to
be
very carefull i know.

one thing to remember though is you do not have to just use tellorion you
can use the stock android as well and once you have purchased it the
updates
are free. how much did the knfb cost i think it was quite a lot of piano
tunings. again i do not want to sound as though i am promoting this
tellorion setup but you have to give crowit where credit is due for me it
has transformed my use of the android phone. but yes jackie i will keep
you
informed of any futher upgrades.

Hi John

It sounds really interesting but, as I have said already, I am concerned
that it is only available on a couple of phones, one being the now pretty out-of-date Galaxy S3. I remember Glenn running around trying to pick up
every N82 he could lay his hands on at the time to support K-NFB Reader.
When stock of it was wiped out, it eventually moved to a few other
handsets
including the N86, but it had a terribly short life for what it cost. Of
course nothing is guaranteed, and technology is practically past its
sell-by
date the moment you buy it. Nevertheless, it would be nice to know
Telorion
are going to hang around for the foreseeable and offer more variety.

Please do keep us posted on updates and new features, I do like gadgets,
but
have to find justification though! (smile).

hi there well it is it's own app but very very good just taking another
look
at it. the ability of using the bookreader is amazing because you can
move
by diferent elements but the radio app is also very very good. now just
bring on a pod catcher smile.

Could I just ask Telorion users what the Internet radio is like on this
device please? Is it a Telorion app, or do you have to leave it and use
Internet radio via Android?

browser
then on to the r n i b newspapers website logg in and download my
newspapers
to tellorion book now this is a real treat to be able to read the
newspapers
with a press of a few buttons so to speak. if you think you pay #325 or
whatever for the sonata and with the tellorian you have the ability to
read
newspapers like the sonata and also use the tellorion internet radio

Hello Steve,

Thanks for the explanation. So that's why when Moray scanned the
coffee
box
it opened the Google web page with the info and other links. Very
impressive.

Best wishes,
