Hi Austin,

I don't know anything about the application in question, but are you logged on as an administrator? If so, it still might be worth before running the programme, right-click on the icon and choose "run as administrator". In the past, This has often solved the problem of me getting error messages to the effect that a certain operation couldn't be performed due to not having the appropriate user permissions.
