Sorry Ian, how do you mean? Surely for us VoiceOver users double-tapping
the spacebar only inserts a space? Please explain. Double-tapping
inserts a full stop if you are not using VoiceOver. As I said, I used to
tap the spacebar three times to insert a full stop followed by a space.
The three-tapping ceased to work after upgrading to iOS 13 if memory
serves. And I’ve checked the period shortcut in settings>keyboard and it
is on.

Amro

What is the shortcut to type a full-stop on the iPhone? This used to be a quick
three tabs on the space bar on the onscreen keyboard but this no longer works.
Many thanks.
