[access-uk] turning on voice guide on new SAMSUNG UE43KU6670 tv?

hello all,
have just ordered one of the new SAMSUNG tv sets with voice guide, model
UE43KU6670, as I got a very good deal on it.
what I do need to know if possible is, is there an easy way for a totally blind
person to get the voice guide going from the start?
