The following page has information on how to do this. I think it assumes
you have some understanding of which buttons are which on the remote
control, but hopefully it will help.

hello list,
please could someone tell me how to turn on the audio description on a sky
plus box?
unfortunately, mine went a bit funny recently, and I can only assume, that
one of the procedures that was used to get it back up and running properly,
must have been some kind of complete reset, as I haven't been able to get
audio description since, and would really like to get it again.
