[access-uk] turn on/off button of Laptop and creating sound

Hi friends,
I purchased a new HP laptop and I wish to ask, can I create a sound that can be
heard every time I press the button to turn of my Laptop.
Sometimes, I don't have any indication whether my laptop is in turn on or off
position and this sound might be a good indication for me.
Can someone know about the option to create a sound for the button that turns
on/off our laptop?
And if yes, how to do it?
