Carol, the better starting speed was worth doing the update for alone imho!
It used to wind me up something rotten waiting and hoping for the stone to
turn on.

There was a check box to say whether or not to reformat the player.  It's
unchecked by default.  I didn't check it.

I wonder if it would have made a difference (besides zapping my files) if
I'd done so ...  <Smiles>

We have better starting speeds, but don't notice much real difference apart
from this.
