No it's not the first and won't be the last either. I checked out these so called accessible radios at Sight Village Birmingham, only to discover they have no speech at all.

Why do you need sight to tune in your Wireless for the Blind DAB radio
stations, when they could have had Sonus-style spoken feedback?
