David I don't think you can do it. I typed all my contacts in manually in the end because it seemed quicker than faffing about with programs I hadn't used before to do it on the Mac. But I'm sure you can't actually do it like you can by using something like Switch to transfer on Nokia handsets. If someone says different, then good luck.
