[access-uk] transfering emails from Outlook Express to Eudora

I am now having to go over on a new computer to windows 7 and Eudora for
email.
How can a transfer my email from one computer to the other and a different
server to boot?
If I just email them across the details alter, they will all be from me, why
didn't windows 7 support outlook express?
