Hello, Jim,
Address Book files have a WAB extension. You might find yours in a folder
such as
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book
These could be transferred to the new machine, left in some unlikely
directory/folder, then you could use the Import Address Book option in the
new copy of Outlook Express. Unless you have enormous address books, they
wil easily fit on to a floppy.
