This is where some common sense has to prevail. It does very often make a great deal of sense, where there are many questions being asked, to reply below each question. However, it is good netiquette to tell readers you are doing this at the start. Just my opinion. What I don't like though is where someone posts their whole reply at the botoom of the message. I see nothing wrong though in incorporating into a reply only where it is lengthy and asks many questions. You don't do it. It's when instead of writing the reply text at the top of the edit field the text is either incorporated in with the text of the post being replied to or below it. For anyone using a screenreader it means they've got to search for where the reply text is.
