I have a package from Tiscali for £19.99 a month which includes line rental,
free any time national (01 and 02) and some international calls, and up to
8MB unlimited broadband. Their offers do vary, so have a look at their

As sky have said that they have run out of network capacity in my area
although they could offer sky connect. however, as i am wanting to change
providers because of constantly losing internet connection i don't feel
confident by sky's promises. so i was looking at tiscallie. what have
people's findings been with that company specially the broad band and
phone option. they say for £20 you can get unlimited broad band with free
phone line rental and prices of 3 pence a minute day time and 5 pence and
hour in the evening and weekend.
