No, I'm afraid not.  Drivers are just part of the operating
system.

The problem almost certainly lies with the settings in the
BIOS chip on the Motherboard.  Somehow this chips thinks
that either the CPU has been changed, or one of the CPU
settings is incorrect.

BIOS is an acronym for basic input/output system, the
built-in software that determines what a computer can do
without accessing programs from a disk. On PCs, the BIOS
contains all the code required to control the keyboard,
display screen, disk drives, serial communications, and a
number of miscellaneous functions.
