Actually, it should be on by default according to this page:

But with mine, it wasn't so I had to call 03300 412 553 and they sorted it.

A quick google suggests this is quite a widespread problem. According
to the forums, you SHOULD be able to login to your sky account and
activate it from the website, but I'm having problems with it giving
me blank pages this morning so I can't confirm that.

PS - if you want to have a play with the system, called "Zoe" on 17070
(she's free!)
