Hi Jackie
We fully agree with you, we can use the Auduble downloads manager and, the
Audible windows app if necessary, but this app was supposed to be more screen
reader friendly.
Best wishes
Henry

Hi Henry
I have now managed to click on the UK, and I can hear the challenge and put
that in the edit field, but I keep getting an error message that the Email or
password is incorrect which I know for a fact it isn't, so can't proceed any
further. For Martin and I, we use the current Audible setup with our Streams
assigned so don't have an issue downloading or transferring books. But I
thought it would be worth looking at the link you provided, and have downloaded
it onto a machine that doesn't have Audible on it to save screwing things up.
But life is too short to be wrestling with something that doesn't want to play
ball, I'll just stick to what I have that works. If any of you get it going,
then good luck to you. And all those who use their phones to read Audible
titles and feel like writing to say it's the best way since sliced bread, save
yourself the bother, I've heard it all before! We should be entitled to listen
to books on what device we are most comfortable with given we pay for them.
Kind regards,
Jackie Brown

Hi Jackie
I was able to arrow up and down or tab-can't remember, and was able to find a
list of countries and highlight Audible.co.uk then I tab around to sign in but
failed on the Audible challenge as I couldn't hear the audible digits being
announced-very frustrating.
Best wishes

I've just downloaded this app and tried to sign in. First of all, I can't
change the marketplace from US to UK, it's a read-only edit field. Secondly,
probably because of the above, it won't accept my password. The audio
challenge is pretty easy to hear, but I keep getting a message there was a
problem.
Any suggestions helpful please.
Kind regards,
Jackie Brown

Hi Folks
Just heard from my contact in the US at Audible tech support the following:
"The AudibleSync app is released. For additional information as well as the
download link, please visit:
https://audible-uk.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/10103
Please keep in mind that the app is limited to downloading and transferring
content. It does not have an audio player. It also currently only supports the
following MP3 devices:
SanDisk Clip Jam
Bones Milestone 312
Victor Reader Stream NEW generation
Support for additional devices may be added in the near future. If this suits
your need, please try it out."
I hope this is useful?
Best wishes
Henry
