Subject: [access-uk] Re: the new AudibleSync App

Evening  Folks
I've just received the below email from Audible Technical support, I think one
of the problem has been identified:

"I just wanted to let you know I was able to replicate the behavior you are
experiencing with the screen reader and the marketplace option. I forwarded
that issue to our developers to look into as it was working fine when we tested
it with both Jaws and on Windows Narrator.
There was an update to the AudibleSync app that must have broke the experience.
Once I have additional information regarding this specific issue, I will update
you by email.
I do need to go through the other emails that you sent to address other issues
but please provide me some time and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Thank you for the feedback. Please keep it coming as this is a completely new
software and your feedback is extremely helpful and appreciated."

Keeping my fingers crossed for a good outcome Best wishes Henry
