That one worked old girl! (smiles).  And I have answered your Emails off
list, but BT is likely hogging all your mail.  If you can read this, log
onto the BT website, choose Email, and move all the spam messages to your
Inbox.  You also need to go into Email Options and ensure all mail is
forwarded to your Email client without any prefixes like "Bulk".  This is a
bit tricky to do without sight, regardless of your screenreader choice, so
perhaps your dad or someone with some vision could help?
