Janet and Barry.

I had a friend who worked as a wearhouseman for ASDA, admittedly a few years
back now. The wages were crap. Do not know what working conditions were
like, but he left and is now self-employed and better off for it.

What a facinating name you have Janet. Sort of name I'd love to think I
could invent if I were a novalist.

RAy.

Hi Janet
I was going on the report I read on Wallmart recently. Wallmart pay
everyone as little as they can - employers and suppliers - in order to keep
their prices lower than everyone else. As they bought out Asda, I assumed
that they were not going to change their principals for the British market.

  Hi Barry
Apparently I've heard that Asda has a very good reputation for looking
after
their staff and they have one of the lowest staff turnover rates. I used
to
do my online shopping with them and then they stopped delivering to my
area,
otherwise I'd still be with them today because I have found the quality of
  their goods to be high.
