Yes, that did work. Thanks. I'd managed to sort this out before I saw your reply. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Steve Nutt Sent: 12 April 2005 22:57 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: tesco again Hi Jill, If you go into your control panel, press Windows Key, then S for settings, then C for Control panel, then enter, you will get a list of items. You want to press D to get to Display and press enter. Shift Tab, then right arrow to settings. Tab around that dialog box, you will find all the settings you need. To make the resolution higher, just tab to 640 by 480, and take it up to 800 by 640, or whatever it is, the next one up, by pressing up arrow. Tab to the apply button, hit the space bar, and when it has been set, tab to OK. I hope this works for you, as I am using Windows XP, but from what I remember of 98, that is the procedure. I've been using the access site for tesco, but on reading the messages on this topic I thought I'd try and use the main site. then I discover one of the reasons why I'm using the access site. I can't actually use the main one, as my screen resolution is 600 by400 pixels, (well at least that's what it's set to). Firstly,i'm wondering whether this is right. My screen is 15 inches. I'm guessing the resolution is probably right, as it was set up like this before I got this pc. But if not, how do you alter the resolution please? Using Win 98se and JFW 4.5. Thanks. Jill.
