Hi Carol.

I'm sure I did have a problem with Tesco at one point, and when I turned
pictures back on, it went away!  Can't think what my problem was now
exactly, so sorry about that, but perhaps someone could give it a try.
turning pictures on definitely solved my problem anyway.
