Hi

I got a talking watch from cobalt last year, a few weeks ago
I contacted them because one of the winders for the hands
fell off, they sent me replacement winders to put in, they
told me they just push in, not quite true. when mum opened
it today to replace the battery, the bit that holds the
battery fell out, mum is unable to get it back in. although
the watch is under warranty still, am I expected to return
it to the seller every time I need a new battery? Something
tells me there is a fault with the watch because the winder
fell off, I have purchased other watches from them and they
have not fallen apart. Mum always does my batteries, this is
the first time this has happened. They told me they don't
recommend people putting in their batteries. I am not sure
about this one, I have to return it as I think it needs
either being replaced or repaired.

Regards

Adrien
