But you wouldn't listen to a boiler deliberately, and I would hazard that RF
interference such as the timestat gives off, won't affect it.  It certainly
doesn't affect my boiler, though it would affect my radios.  That was my
point.

That depends on what you mean by "radio parts", Steve.
Modern boilers do have quite a few "electronic" parts in them.

That is easy to understand, because your Sonus is a radio.
But there are no radio parts in a central heating boiler, or at least, there
wasn't when I last looked.
