Tony, Sorry, should have come back on this one. I did receive the talking remote, but found it impossible to set up for the machine I wished to use it with. the instructions appeared to be extremely complicated. I have had feedback from other visually impaired customers and we have all sent the remotes back for a refund. When inserting the batteries, it does ask you in a reasonably clear female voice to set the time, which you can do, but it did not seem to guide me through the setting up process, nor did keys speak when I pressed them. this may be partly because I did not manage to set it up correctly, but I cannot really recommend this product. the keys are of reasonable size, but there are a lot of them. They are mainly in rows of four and I would guess there to be around fifty buttons altogether although I did not count them. Maybe others would have more luck than I did, but I rather doubt it. My advice would be not to bother.
