My experience leads me to believe that if there is an issue, it is more 
focus than timing.

Same here Ian!  on sunday I kept getting the demo but logged in twice
yesterday and got the extended version.

Previously I had tended to silence the speech and go ahead with typing in
the account number and pin immediately.  Yesterday I let it finish talking,
waited a minute and started to type.  I just wonder if there is a timing 
issue
here as in the earlier stages of the process.
