Hi Douglas, This was pretty much the conclusion we reached here over the weekend. Initially the program prompts are downloaded as wave files, and if you silence those during download you can be left high and dry. I believe Steve Nutt is going to talk to the developers about this. Previously I had tended to silence the speech and go ahead with typing in the account number and pin immediately. Yesterday I let it finish talking, waited a minute and started to type. I just wonder if there is a timing issue here as in the earlier stages of the process. Douglas .
